WEB Construction Co., Inc. has been presented an Eagle award from Associated Builders and Contractors Minnesota/North Dakota chapter for their Dotson Wellness Center addition.  

The project was given the highest honor of Eagle for recognition of outstanding achievement and workmanship with a nod to Productivity. WEB Construction CEO, Josh Williams, Dotson Iron Castings VP, Liz Ulman, ISG Senior Project Manager, Justin Steffl, Malterer Mechanical CEO, Mike Malterer, and VP, Mark Prange were present and honored at the 2023 Excellence in Construction Gala in Minneapolis last Wednesday, January 24th, 2024.

Studio 5 received the 2023 ReScape Economic Impact award from Minnesota Brownsfields

Studio 5 has contributed to the revitalization of the Old Town neighborhood in Mankato, creating jobs and housing units. The design of the mixed-use building encourages pedestrian movement and the plaza area provides opportunities for public art installations, seating and bike racks. Studio 5 apartments were fully leased within one month and new small businesses are opening throughout Old Town.
